Q: How can I be sure that everything I require will be included on my DVD/Blu-ray.

A: We meet in person prior to the event (preferably at the venue) to establish your exact requirements for the day. This means that we can tailor our approach to ensure that the finished product is personalized and meets your expectations.

Q: What can I expect on the day?

A: We will arrive early allowing us to set up our equipment

Q: What if the packages advertised do not cover everything I want?

A: Contact us by telephone or email and we will happily modify our packages to suit your requirements.

Q: What about hidden extras?

A: We aim to provide a quality service which offers value for money. Therefore, the prices we quote you, will be the final price you can expect to pay.

Q: Do I need to pay a deposit?

A: When you make your booking we ask for a non-refundable deposit of £200.00 to save the date.  The final balance should be paid in full one month before the wedding.

Q: What areas do you cover?

A: From Epsom, Surrey, a 20 mile radius, beyond that we charge extra for mileage.

Q: What equipment do you use?

A: We use HDV camcorders and DSLR cameras. (Canon XH-A1S, Canon XF100. Canon 5d MKIII & MKII. We use a Sennheiser ME66 microphone with a boom connected to a Zoom handy H4n Sound Recorder recording sound in 24bit sound quality. All footage is shot in HD Quality.
